Coaching
What is coaching? It is a form of mental training where we strengthen ourselves from within. A coach works forward with motivational conversations to break patterns, move forward and achieve goals. Regardless of the industry, we help you, young or experienced leader, employee, to take you to a new level and above all feel good, feel joy.
We work through our foundational pillars that form the basis of our lives and how we can work actively with changes. The goal of each coaching session is for you to develop where the coach uses proven methods and tools for assured development forward. HAY follows the T-GROW model for systematic work in accordance with the ICF's ethical guidelines. Welcome to book a call directly in the calendar.
The first pillar is our body, which is visible to everyone, but even more importantly, that it is fully functional without pain. If we put as much focus on our insides with mental training as we do on our outsides, I dare say that we would feel better. HAY works with diet and exercise to ensure that the organs of the inner body feel good and that the outer body can keep going for as long as possible. Other pillars that we have around us, such as relationships, home, work and money, affect our body and also enable us to take care of our physical needs. If you want to make a change in your weight, your body shape or want to feel better, want to become more energetic or avoid stomach pain, we have different methods consisting of both movements, coaching conversations and dietary adjustments. We map the causes of symptoms, which can be many and different. We try ways forward to make you feel better. HAY coaches holistically, taking into account all the pillars for increased metabolism.
HAY also works with the ACT ALP method which is based on LCHF for weight loss. We work to give the organs a rest on certain days, we raise the level of the satiety hormone so that the body adapts itself to the fact that there is food. We eat good food such as meat, fish and poultry, vegetables and root vegetables, stews, fat and sauces. This is a proven method and it works over time for many.
Integratative yoga är en kombination av rörelser, andning och energiuppbyggnad med Qi Gong. Vi arbetar för att hitta vår inre styrka, vår energi samt släppa på spänningar, bygga upp vår kropp. Här arbetar vi med våra inre dimensioner, våra inre lager för att stärka kropp och sinne inifrån och ut. Ett viktigt mål är att hamna i ett lugn, mindfulness, där vi stillar våra tankar för att kunna fatta kloka beslut i vår vardag. Enkelt förklarat tar vi oss från det sympatiska nervsystemet till det parasympatiska nervsystemet. Vi vill få blodet till våra tarmar och organ i magen istället för att ha blodet i musklerna när vi ska slappna av, fokusera, sova eller vid matsmältning.
For those around 50 and during menopause, before and after, we have a specifically designed workout to rebuild our muscles, increase the elimination of toxins with breathing exercises, calm our pulse and release tension in the hips and shoulders.
HAY will offer different focus areas in the different classes such as grounding with feet, opening up the heart and chest or opening up the hips where Qi Gong Movements with breathing focus are the basis of all physical and mental training.

Välkommen till HAY Studio i Stocksund! Från Kuala Lumpur har vi tagit Integrative Yoga som har sitt ursprung ur HATHA. Vi kombinerar kraften i Qi Gong med Yogans rörelser och andning. HAY står för Holistic Approach Yoga där vårt mål är att få in rörelser i vår vardag och och lära oss mer om kostens betydelse för hur vi mår.
Vårt andra fundament är coaching. Om du önskar prata med någon, att få hjälp med att ta ditt nästa steg i yrkeslivet finns ett nätverk av utbildade, diplomerade ICF Coacher.
Ett tredje fundament är vår nya massagestudio där Jessica Stenvi, utbildad Massör, har flera erbjudanden med tidsbokning tre dagar i veckan.
